What Does Being A Whole Cow Community Coordinator Mean?

 

1. It means you can easily split a whole cow while we take the headache out of being the middle man. We take care of all the logistics!

2. It means getting as little as an 1/8th beef of the best beef on the market at a whole beef price when you recruit enough people or orders to equal a whole cow! Over $50/ box in savings!

   3. It means getting paid 3% for every box purchased thru your recruitment. 

 

How It Works

1. Sign up to be a Community Whole Beef Coordinator and we will set aside at least one whole animal for you and your group!

2. We will send you a private link that you can easily share with your friends & family!

3. You & your group can select as many Eighth Beef Boxes as you want with a minimum of 8 boxes all while everyone receiving the Whole Beef Price of $13.99/lb. Each person who uses your link will pay for their box(s), we collect the details of each order and arrange shipping to each person who purchases under your private link. 

    4. Each whole cow is equally split up into 8 fifty pound boxes. Your community can reserve as many or as little amount of boxes                they want!

 

1 box = Eighth  Beef @ S360 to $500

2 boxes = Quarter @ $720 to $1000

4 boxes = Half @ $1440 to $2000

8 boxes = Whole @ $2880 to $4000

    5. Each box has a deposit of $200 with the final variable amount due when the beef is ready in early October timeframe.

    6. Your members can choose to pick up at the Greeley Farmers Market or choose to have it sent right to their doorstep! You and your community can celebrate a full stocked freezer and supporting local agriculture!

 

The deadline to have all 8 of your boxes spoken for is September 20th 

 

 Each box is equally split into the following signature cuts

• 14- 21 Day Dry Aged Steaks: 2 Sirloin Tip: 2 - 1 lb packs Minute: 2 Top Sirloin: 3-4 New York: 2-3 Rib Eye: 2 Filet Mignon: and one of the following 'odd cuts' too few for every box: Skirt. Bavette (flap). Flank OR Tri-Tip.

• For savory Cuts: 3-4 Roasts: 2-3 stew meat in convenient 1 lb packages:

• 2-4 Cross Cut Shank individually packaged; and one of the following 'odd cuts'. too few for every box: Brisket: Back Ribs: OR Korean Style Ribs.

• 18-24 lbs. of Premium Ground Beef in convenient 1 lb packages 85/15 blend
